Make It A... Tequila Shot

One of my favorite drinks of the moment is the tequila shot. I'm not super cultured in the drinking / bartending world, but apparently it's a good one for the beginners among us.

1. Salt

2. Tequila shot

3. Lime (wedge)

I just love the combo of the sweet, salty and sour arriving on my tastebuds all at once. Plus the tequila nicely burns in your throat after you take the shot. It just makes me really happy :-)
